The 2025 AGM will take place on Tuesday, December 2nd with registration, sushi and pizza at 6:00 PM, and the meeting starting at 7:00 PM.

Councillor James Pasternak is confirmed as our Guest Speaker and will have time for Q&A.

The business of the AGM will include:
Approval of Agenda Approval of the Minutes of the 2024 AGM
President’s Report
Receipt and Approval of the Treasurer’s Report including the Audited Financial Report for the year ending September 30, 2025 and the Budget for the next fiscal year.
Approval of the Auditor/Accountant for the next fiscal year
Reports from other Officers - Maintenance, Security, etc.
Election of the 2025-2026 Board of Officers and Directors
Questions and Answers
Door Prizes Adjournment

Proxies: If you are unable to attend the AGM, please send an email to info@BalmoralHA.org designating the President or other member of the Executive to vote on your behalf on the Business of the 2025 AGM. This is important to ensure that we have a quorum to conduct the AGM.
